I chose her because she's independent and highly reviewed, and I've been so happy with her services that I recommend her to my family and friends in the area. My Mum is now a happy client too. Katie is friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and her services are top quality. I was treated to the Thalgo 'Heart of the Ocean - Source Marine' facial for my birthday, and this was a lovely experience. Katie made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing like you're in a spa, and my skin felt soft and hydrated afterwards thanks to her. I liked that fact that it isn't just a facial, you also get a mini massage in your hands, arms and neck/shoulders included in the price. I've had multiple eyebrow waxes with Katie and always been happy with the results - she is efficient and always maps out your desired brow shape and checks it's what you want before she waxes, which is really important to me.
